So I was looking up some stuff online today about cable.. and the page wanted my zip code and I realized... I don't even know my new zipcode yet...

I never used to.. but I like my music loud... lol... guess I will have to curtail that after I move... My subwoofer might make the guy downstairs come up and hurt me.... so for the time being that I'm still here, I'm cranking it baby!!!!!!!

REFUND

So I went to make sure I had enough money in my checking account to cover the deposit check I wrote... and I was like... where did all this money come from?? REFUND!! Oh yea baby... I'm always filing earlier from now on.... yep yep!

There are a lot of things that need fixing before I move in... but they will get fixed before I have to worry about it. Hee hee....

It's time to go look at the apartment-a-roni... mmm.... mac'n'cheez... i am sooo having mac'n'cheez for dinner tonight, I bought some yesterday.... easy mac... I got the super cheese kind because they were out of the regular and pizza flavor scared me.....

Lunch!

I am taking a little lunch break... I should go outside, it is wonderful out. Joe and I spent all morning cleaning. We got to go outside a lot to take stuff to the dumpster, it was so worth it to get out of this dumpy basement. We also sprayed everything with lysol to try and stop the homicidal virus from spreading.

Thinking about going outside and testing to see how far the wireless network reaches. It sounds like a good thing to find out, don't you?

I'm home! I lived! YAY!

So I went and had dinner with C-Bob, we went to the Ville Grille.. (pronounced 'villa gorrilla' *grin*) and I had a club wrap that was very yummy. Plus mashed potatoes, I love mashed potatoes, almost as much as I like pbnj.

So it looks like I may very well be moving in the near future. I'm excited, it will be a nice change. I'm not happy where I am living now really, it's just what I am used to. I think it is good to shake up your life every once and awhile. I have that meeting tomorrow with the landlady and I hope that goes well. I hope it isn't all crappy and stuff cuz I'd like to live there.

Went to the fitting thing, she measured me, it took like... 5 mins. She had a couple cute dogs that sniffed me. Driving home I was dazed and almost missed turning at Old Cheney, it was sooner than I thought it would be. And I really want ice cream but I'm kinda lazy too. Although, if I go get ice cream, I can also get cash, which I need. I still have not found those dollar coins... hmmm....

I'm going to be packing a lot of things into the next 4 weeks..... here is a rundown of what may be happening.... (a lot of it will be happening)
1. Moving, I figure march 1 may be when I can get in there, not long from now
2. Colorado - going to co in the middle of march with c-bob, it will rule.
3. Susan's wedding - susan is getting married the saturday after I get back from colorado, I still have two fittings left to get the dress, yay...

I guess it doesnt seem like that much.... lol

Updater...

Alright, so I now have an appointment on Friday to look at that apartment over by C-Bob, I think if it is offered to me, I will take it. So I will probably be moving in the near future. Moving is both cool and shocking at the same time. It will be weird to be on the other side of town and trully on my own (basically). The rent is not bad, the place is pretty spacey for one person and the location isn't that bad. Plus I will already know my neighbor, so that will be nice. There is so much stuff to do though, packing, sorting, buying, etc.

Had to decide between DSL and Cable modem, I think it will be cable because that sounds easier, esp. in an apartment setting. I should be able to get that installed and get my wireless up and pumping. It's funny, I will basically be providing wireless connection to the entire building, but only C-Bob is going to know (well and the rest of you know now too). I figure it will be powerful enough that people could, technically, sit out by my door and pick up free wireless.

I'm actually looking forward to sorting through my stuff, I have way too much as it is. It will be interesting to decide what to take with me and what to box up and keep and what to just get rid of. I know for sure that the xbox-ps2-gamecube trio is coming, and the GBA (of course), but not sure about the rest of it, have to see if I have storage room or not. I really want a new tv too, the one I have is a fine tv, it just has no A/V inputs, which was dumb of me to buy in the first place but it was on clearance. There are other things I will need to buy or aquire with time, like furniture. I have a couch, it's even a sofa bed, but I'm not sure about moving it, etc, just have to wait and see. I have some chairs too, one is a nice inherited lazy-boy chair and the other is my old dorm chair. I may ditch the old dorm chair.

Anyway.. I should really go work.. lol. More updates later.

On another note, I have to go get measured and etc for a dress for Susan's wedding, I'm a bridesmaid, tonight. It sucks because the place is clear on the other side of town from where I am currently living. I don't know that area of town so I hate going over there. Granted, if I take this apartment, I will be living in that area, so I guess I will learn.

Oh.. and one last complaint.... I lost four dollars somewhere.. I thought I had put it in my bag this morning, but apparently I just put it somewhere and left it. I'm sure it's at home, but I want to spend it now, :). These were cool dollar coins, if you don't use dollar coins, you should, they are great. I want more people to use them so they don't get taken away. USE DOLLAR COINS!

RESEARCH!

I love the internet...

So with a little research I found that they 2 bedroom place isnt as good as it sounds... for one there is a huge electical type company right behind you with lots of people doing stuff (think huge warehouse), also, its about a block away from a railway line.. (think trains in your backyard). So that seems to really tarnish that idea... the price was a bit high, and could jepordize my getting DSL at the new place...... eat or DSL, hmmm.. that's a tough one......

On Moving...

So I am ready to move to a new place, for the most part. But now I have to make a choice. I have found a couple places that could be cool but how do you make that final decision?

Choice one is not too far from work, not a bad drive and seems to be in a somewhat nice area. It would be two bedrooms, plus a fireplace and a washer and dryer in the apartment. It would be soo sweet.

Choice two is a little ways from work and near a university (not the one I work at, but another one in town). It would be one bedroom with a washer/dryer shared by the 2 buildings on the property (so like, 8-12 apts total). The plus here is C-Bob would be my next door neighbor.

Argh..... I dunno.... this is a tough one.... or maybe it isn't. I guess it just depends. I hate making decisions.

I swear... my other computer, not the laptop, is all being stupid now. It worked FINE yesterday (well, as well as it ever did) but today.. it's all... "I can't load windows" "I have this problem with some random driver but I won't tell you what it is, just that I am having a problem with it." ARGH! It's like there is a consipiracy against me getting to my MP3s... *grumble*...

the pizza was good, but i probably shouldnt have eaten it....

Work confuses me all the time... like this one guy that doesn't get his paperwork in, and like seems shifty... I dont know... and he was sick and said he called but doesn't know to leave a message... plus, he left the computer lab unattended.... What's up with that??.. *sigh* Not fun to come back to... he's a little weasel.... in all the worst ways.... this is just... ahhhhh....

So I think I know what I have now... nate called it a "homecidal virus".. that's right... a virus that is trying to kill me.... argh..... stupid... gah......
